Forecast for 2011: The only two words you need to know are “short sale”. The banks are buried in foreclosures. Therefore expect more of the same thing that you saw in 2010. The short sale process is just a foreclosures where the bank saves tens of thousands of dollars compared to completing an entire foreclosure process. The lenders have been learning how to process them for the past two years and have made many changes, some good and some bad. The lenders are figuring out how to do them slightly better than “poorly” or “not at all” but you still need a seasoned guide to help you with the process. We have some of the best working here.

When people claim to be “experts” or “certified” or “specialists” you must remember that as fast as schools crop up to train these folks the rules change and make their training obsolete.

There is no such thing as an expert or a specialist in a field that constantly changes unless the expert is constantly changing as well.
