As a loan negotiatior, my job is to deal with the poeple whom no one else likes to deal with; no, not your in-laws, but the banks. This process starts and ends with me, your loan negotiator. Although a tedious, time-consuming job that takes a lot of patience, follow-up and organizational skill, when done right, it provides a happy ending to all parties.

My role is to make sure that every package is submitted according to guidelines and to assure that only the necessary and appropriate information is submitted.

As a real estate professional and investor, I understand all the forms and legalities in this domain. Also, having Bachelors degrees in Math and Physics and working as a Senior Network Administrator for a decade do come in handy when solving problems and being creative in finding solutions to issues that arise
