Referral Agreement (Sample)

 

WABroker hereby refers              (Client Name)           to          (Receiving Broker name)         

In consideration of said referral         (Receiving Broker name)       agrees to pay 25% of gross commission at close of escrow or as per schedule A below from all transactions dated within 365 days of this agreement, wherein the above referenced client is principal, trustee, or beneficiary. Gross commission is defined as total compensation paid or owing to broker based upon principal’s side of the transaction and includes cash, notes or any other legal tender or instrument. Referral fees to be paid to WABroker by wire transfer directly from escrow holder, immediately upon close of escrow. All parties agree that should a dispute arise, the proper venue for adjudication of disputes is Sacramento , CA .

Schedule A

If sales price is less than or equal to $500,000 referral fee = 25%

If sales price is greater than $500,000 referral fee= 20%
